High-tech industry possesses the function to promote economic development by itself. In the meanwhile,it can lead the development of other related industries, rebuild and update them as well. This paper analyzes knowledge spillover on high-tech industry from an economic point of view,and on this basis,studies deeply the function mechanism of knowledge spillover on high-tech industry,analyzes the process of spillover and influencing factor,and provides a theory base for the reasonable spillover of knowledge on high-tech industry .
