对区域高新技术产业与装备制造业相互作用关系及过程进行系统分析，确定出两大产业相互作用的影响因素，据此建立了基于DEA的区域高新技术产业与装备制造业相互作用效率评价模型。基于全国30省市的相关经济数据进行实证研究，归纳出我国区域高新技术产业与装备制造业相互作用效率及协同发展的基本特征，揭示了区域高新技术产业与装备制造业协同发展的基本规律；并分析了部分区域高新技术产业与装备制造业相互作用效率低下的原因。

英文摘要：

By analyzing the relationship between high-tech industry and equipment manufacturing industry based on the synergetic theory and the system theory, this paper ascertains the process and influence factors of the reciprocity of these two industries, and builds up the evaluation model of industry interaction efficiency based on DEA accordingly. Beside that, this paper ascertains the basic characteristics of interaction efficiency and synergy development degree between high-tech industry and equipment manufacturing industry according to empirical study, which is based on economic data of 30 provinces in China. By analyzing the results of empirical study in details, this paper reveals the basic rules of synergy development. This paper clarifies the causes for lower efficiency of industry interaction efficiency in certain area. This study can provide theoretical foundation and the beneficial reference for promoting the synergetic development of high-tech industry and equipment manufacturing industry.
