以我国企业员工为调查对象,使用探索性因子分析与验证性因子分析探讨企业员工心理资本的结构维度关系。研究结果表明:我国企业员工心理资本由自信、希望、乐观和坚韧四个维度构成,四维度之间有一定的因果关系.且四维度间的协同机理使它们共同组成的高阶因子一心理资本。
On the basis of a survey on company employees in China, the paper uses probing and testing factor analysis to testify the relationship between four dimensions of psychological capital. The findings are: confidence, hope, optimism and resilience constitute psychological capital and belong to the same high factor. What is more, the four dimensions influence each other and form one structure--psychological capital.
