介绍了小卫星控制系统地面半物理仿真验证平台的系统组成和方案设计,进行了实际控制系统仿真验证.平台以dSPACE实时仿真器为核心,在气浮台上辅以星载计算机、敏感器和执行机构进行仿真验证.该仿真平台能够在部分实物短缺情况下,采用仿真器对这些实物进行功能和电气接口完全模拟,提前进行星体控制系统半物理仿真验证,达到验证目的,降低了仿真成本.该仿真验证平台充分考虑了卫星控制系统实际运行环境,提高了仿真验证的可信度,是卫星半物理仿真有效便捷的工具.
The system constitution and project design of the hardware-in-loop validated simulation platform of small satellite control system were introduced and the real time satellite control simulation was carried out. Taking the dSPACE real-time simulator as a keystone of platform, the simulation was accomplished successfully on an air-beating table with on-board computers, sensors and actuators. Using this platform, the function and electric interfaces of some absent equipments were simulated absdutely. So hardware-in-the-loop validated simulation of the satellite control system can be completed in time, which saves time or cost. The platform sufficiently considers the satellite space environment during the simulation and enhances the simulation reliability. It is an efficient and convenient tool for satellite hardware-in-loop simulation.
