血管性痴呆是在脑血管病变基础上出现脑功能障碍的一种智力损害综合征,我国传统医学在血管性痴呆防治方面具有明显的优势。文章从土家族医学＂毒气＂理论角度阐释和分析了血管性痴呆＂玍毒内生＂的病机过程,并与中医学的＂毒邪＂学说进行了简要的比较。

Vascular dementia is the mental retardation syndrome basis on the brain dysfunction occurring after the cerebral vascular disease.TCM has obvious advantages in preventing vascular dementia.This article interprets the pathogenesis of vascular dementia about endogenous gadu from the ＇Toxic-Gas Theory＇ in Tujia Medicine,comparing with Pathogenic Toxin Theory of TCM.
