为研究第三方物流企业的成长路径,在对企业成长理论梳理的基础上,构建了企业家能力驱动下第三方物流企业的“环境一战略一能力一成长”(E—S-C-G)的成长路径模型,并以浙江新颜物流有限公司为例进行了验证。研究发现:第三方物流企业所处的环境推动了企业的成长战略,并进~步促进了企业能力的提升,最终推动第三方物流企业的成长。
In order to study the growth path of TPL, a growth path model is constructed with the driven of entrepreneurship based on the growth theory. The model contains four elements : environment-Strategy-competence-growth. Then a case of Zhejiang Xinyan Logistics is tested. And finally, some results are discovered: the environment of TPL determines the company's growth strategy, and then improves the organization capability, and ultimately drives the growth of TPL.
