This paper analyzes the existing research results, based on the overall quality of the contractor and the contractor from the outsourcer＇s compliance with the second dimension of 17 evaluation contractor logistics services. In addition, each evaluation index to quantify the measurement is described in detail. The study on the logistics service outsourcing enterprises provides a scientific basis for decision making.
