本文旨在研究饲粮中添加半胱胺螯合锌(Zn-CS)对仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标、养分消化率及粪中微生物菌群的影响。试验选用200头体重为(10.15±1.38)kg的健康大白仔猪,随机分为5组,每组4个重复,每个重复10头猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮上添加24、32、40、48 mg/kg的Zn-CS。试验期28 d。结果表明,1)饲粮中添加Zn-CS对试验各阶段仔猪平均日增重有显著影响(P〈0.05);试验1-14 d,48 mg/kg组平均日增重极显著高于对照组(P〈0.01);试验15-28 d及1-28 d,48 mg/kg组平均日增重显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);试验15-28 d,48 mg/kg组料重比极显著低于对照组(P〈0.01);试验1-28 d,32、40和48 mg/kg组腹泻率极显著低于对照组(P〈0.01)。2)饲粮中添加Zn-CS对血清生长激素、三碘甲状腺原氨素、甲状腺素、胰岛素、免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G含量和T淋巴转化率有显著或极显著影响(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。3)40和48 mg/kg组干物质、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、钙消化率均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);各试验组仔猪粪便中大肠杆菌数量均显著低于对照组(P〈0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加适量Zn-CS可有效地提高仔猪的生长性能,降低仔猪腹泻率,增强仔猪的免疫机能,提高仔猪养分消化率。综合本试验各项指标,仔猪饲粮中Zn-CS适宜添加水平为48 mg/kg。
The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary supplemented with cysteamine chelated zinc( Zn-CS) on growth performance,serum biochemical indices,nutrient digestibility and fecal microbial flora of piglets. Two hundreds piglets with average body weight of( 10. 15 ±1. 38) kg were randomly divided into 5 group with 4 replicates per group and 10 piglets per replicate. Piglets in the control group were fed a basal diet,and the other in the experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 24,32,40 and 48 mg / kg Zn-CS. The trial last for 28 days. The results showed as follows: 1) dietary supplemented with Zn-CS had significant effects on average daily gain( ADG) of piglets during any experiment period( P〈0.05). The ADG of 48 mg / kg group was significantly higher than that of control group during 1 to 14 days( P〈0. 01). The ADG of 48 mg / kg group was significantly higher than that of control group during 15 to 28 days and 1 to 28 days( P〈0. 05). The feed to gain of 48 mg / kg group was significantly lower than that of control group during 15 to 28 days( P〈0. 01). The diarrhea rate of 32,40 and 48 mg / kg groups was significantly lower than that of control group during 1 to 28 days( P〈0. 01). 2) Dietary supplemented with Zn-CS had significant effects on the content of growth hormone,triiodothyronine,thyroxine,insulin,immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin G in serum and T-lymphocytes conversion rate( P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01). 3) The digestibility of dry matter,crude protein,ether extract and calcium of 40 and 48 mg / kg groups was significantly higher than those of control group( P〈0. 05). The fecal E. coli number of experimental groups was significantly lower than that of control group( P〈0. 05). All over,the right amount of Zn-CS added in diets can effectively increase growth performance,decrease diarrhea rate,improve immune function,and improve nutrient digestibility of piglets.
