本试验通过与未包被氧化锌( ZnO)对比,考察包被氧化锌( C-ZnO)对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标、营养物质表观消化率影响,旨在研究C-ZnO取代传统ZnO的效果,对生产实践中减少ZnO用量的可能性和加强其效果的可能性进行探讨。选28日龄遗传背景相似、平均体重为(9.32±0.38) kg的断奶大白仔猪120头,随机分成5组,每组4个重复,每个重复6头猪(公母各占1/2)。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加2400 mg/kg ZnO 和1800、2400、2760 mg/kg C-ZnO。试验期为28 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,饲粮中添加2400 mg/kg C-ZnO可极显著提高断奶仔猪的平均日增重(P〈0.01),显著降低料重比(P〈0.05),极显著降低腹泻率( P〈0.01),其中2400 mg/kg C-ZnO组的平均日增重极显著高于ZnO组( P〈0.01)。与对照组相比,2400 mg/kg C-ZnO组血清生长激素、免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白M含量极显著升高( P〈0.01);粗蛋白质和粗脂肪的表观消化率极显著改善( P〈0.01);大肠杆菌菌群数量极显著降低( P〈0.01),双歧杆菌菌群数量极显著升高( P〈0.01)。2400 mg/kg C-ZnO组与ZnO组相比,血清生长激素含量显著提高(P〈0.05),碱性磷酸酶活性显著降低(P〈0.05)。1800 mg/kg C-ZnO组与ZnO组生长性能、血清指标及营养物质表观消化率差异均不显著( P〉0.05)。 ZnO组与对照组相比腹泻率显著降低(P〈0.05),其他生长性能指标差异不显著(P〉0.05)。本研究结果提示:添加2400 mg/kg C-ZnO可显著提高断奶仔猪的生长性能,改善营养物质消化状况,有效控制仔猪腹泻;1800 mg/kg C-ZnO可替代2400 mg/kg ZnO。
This trial was conducted to study the effects of coated ZnO ( C-ZnO) on the growth performance, the serum biochemical indices and nutrient apparent digestibility of weaner piglets, by compared with uncoated ZnO, aimed at research the effects of C-ZnO instead of traditional ZnO, and discussed production practice to reduce the possibility of the dosage of ZnO and enhance its effect. A total of 120 Large-White weaner piglets were randomly divided into 5 groups with 4 replicates per group and 6 piglets per replicate. Piglets in control group were fed a basal diet, the four groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 2 400 mg/kg ZnO and 1 800, 2 400, 2 740 mg/kg C-ZnO, respectively. The trial lasted for 28 days. The results showed as follows:compared with control group, the average daily gain in the group supplemented with 2 400 mg/kg C-ZnO was increased significantly ( P〈0.01) , the ratio of feed to gain was decreased significantly ( P〈0.05) , and the di-arrhea rate was decreased significantly ( P〈0.01) . The average daily gain of 2 400 mg/kg C-ZnO group was significantly higher than that of ZnO group ( P〈0. 01 ) . Compared with control group, serum contents of growth hormone ( GH) , immunoglobulin G ( IgG) , immunoglobulin M ( IgM) and the digestibility of crude protein and ether extract were significantly increased in 2 400 mg/kg C-ZnO group ( P〈0.01) . Compared with control group, a significant reduction in E. coli number ( P〈0.01) and a significantly increase in Bifidobacteria number were also observed in 2 400 mg/kg C-ZnO group ( P〈0.01) . Compared with ZnO group, serum GH content was significantly increased (P〈0.05) and alkline phosphatase (AKP) activity was significantly de-creased ( P〈0.05) in 2 400 mg/kg C-ZnO group. There were no differences in the growth performance, serum indices and nutrients apparent digestibility between the 1 800 mg/kg C-ZnO and ZnO groups ( P〉0.05) .
