文章旨在探究图书馆服务功能IT消费化的用户使用意愿,对图书馆构建更符合用户需求的数字化服务体系及提高用户满意度具有积极意义。在整合效价理论、信息系统持续使用理论和技术接受理论等的基础上提出假设并建立理论模型。以中部8所高校图书馆的师生用户为实证研究样本,采用情境实验结合问卷访谈的方式获取361份有效数据,并使用Smart PLS2.0对模型进行检验。研究结果显示,感知风险和感知收益均能显著促进用户的感知满意度,进而促进使用意愿;感知收益正向影响感知有用性,而感知风险对感知有用性无显著影响作用;感知便利性正向促进感知易用性和感知有用性,感知易用性同样正向促进感知有用性;感知有用性和感知满意度均能正向影响用户使用意愿。
This article aims to explore readers' usage intention and influencing factors of IT consumerization in library services. It will play a significant role in the construction of more suitable digital service system for the readers,and will greatly enhance readers' satisfaction. By integrating the valence theory,the theory of technology acceptance and the theory of continuous use of information systems,hypothesis and a research model were proposed. Readers,including teachers and students,from 8 universities in Central China were chosen as research samples. By using the situational experiment combined with the questionnaire interview,361 questionnaires were obtained. Then Smart PLS2. 0 was used to test the model. The results showed that the perceived risks and perceived benefits can significantly promote the perceived satisfaction,so as to promote the usage intention; perceived benefits have positive effect on perceived usefulness and perceived risks have no effect on perceived usefulness; perceived convenience have positive effect on perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use will have positive effect on perceived usefulness, perceived usefulness and perceived satisfaction can positively influence the users' usage intention.
