为了研究添加乳酸菌对赖草青贮饲料品质的影响,试验分别设置对照组、LAB1(2.5g/t)处理组、LAB2(5.0g/t)处理组,每个处理组重复3次,分析赖草青贮饲料的发酵品质和营养成分。结果表明:赖草直接青贮发酵品质较差;经乳酸菌处理后可显著降低pH值和提高乳酸含量(P〈0.05)。说明添加乳酸茵可有效地提高赖草青贮饲料的品质。
To study the effect of the Lactic acid bacteria on the quality of Leymus secalinus silage. There were 3 treatment groups with 3 replicates each for silage modulation in the experiment, including the control group, LAB1 treatment group 1 (2.5 g/t) and LABI treatment group 2 (5.0 g/t). The fermentation quality and nutritional components of Leymus secalinus silage were analyzed. The results showed that the silage quality of Leymus secalinus with direct fermentation was poor; the Lactic acid bacteria treatment could significantly reduce the pH value and improve the content of lactic acid ( P 〈0. 05 ) in the silage compared with CK, The results indicate that adding; Lactic acid bacteria to Leymus wecalinus can effectively improve the silage quality.
