甘肃省具有发展苜蓿产业得天独厚的自然优势条件,如今苜蓿产业的发展优势逐渐显现,已经初步形成了生产的专业化、区域化、集约化和规模化.甘肃省苜蓿产业的发展对奶业的发展具有重要意义,是解决蛋白饲料资源短缺的重要办法和有效途径.但目前甘肃省苜蓿产业还存在苜蓿种植整体规模化程度低、缺乏有力的政策支撑、种植管理水平不高、收获和加工机械不配套等方面的问题.鉴于种植苜蓿的成本收益从根本上决定了甘肃省的苜蓿供给,通过收集甘肃省农户种植苜蓿、小麦和玉米的投入产出数据,对3种作物的成本收益进行测算,结果表明,苜蓿纯收益和收益率最高且不断增长,因此甘肃苜蓿产业具有良好的发展前景.最后针对甘肃省苜蓿生产实际提出了推进甘肃省苜蓿规模化种植、加大苜蓿种植补贴力度和加强苜蓿品种资源的政策建议.

英文摘要：

Gansu province has the unique natural advantages of developing alfalfa industry,and the alfalfa industry advantage appears gradually nowadays.It also has formed the production specialization,regionalization,the intensive and scale production pattern initially.Alfalfa industry in Gansu province is important to the development of dairy enterprises to provide more alfalfa feed,and it is also an important and effective way to solve the shortage of protein feed resources in the animal husbandry development.But the alfalfa industry in Gansu province has many problems,which include the low degree of alfalfa planting scale,the lack of strong policy support,the lag of planting management level,the deficiency of harvesting and processing machinery,etc.In view of the comparison of planting alfalfa costbenefit fundamentally determines the supply of alfalfa in Gansu province,this paper collected the cost and yield data of alfalfa,wheat and maize from farmers in Gansu province,thus to measure the costbenefit of three kinds of crops.The result showed that alfalfa＇ s net benefit was the highest and kept growing,so the alfalfa industry development in Gansu province had a good prospect.Finally,this paper put forward some suggestion according to the Gansu alfalfa production situation,which was as follows：improving scale planting,intensifying alfalfa subsidies and enhancing the varieties of alfalfa seed resources.
