从后大众化时代高等教育的特点出发,研究地方高校的发展定位和转型发展方向,提出地方高校应该继续建设应用型大学,建议从5个方面开展转型：注重协同创新的发展方式;课程改革的职业性方向;进行高层次、高质量、高起点的转型发展;基于大学科技园开展创新型人才培养;基于学生生活社区开展职业教育。最后讨论了地方高校转型发展的特色挑战。

Started from the characteristic of higher education in post massification Era, this article studied the orientation and transformation for local university. This article insisted on the construction for applied university and suggested that the transformation should be launched in five aspects： the development style of collaborative innovation, the reformation of vocational program, developing high-level, high-quality and high point education, culturing entrepreneurial talent in university Science Park, carrying on vocational education in student＇ s community. The author also discussed the featuring challenge for transformation and development of local university.
