通过对应用型人才培养进行研究,提出目前应用型人才培养存在的问题,对肇庆学院协同创新培养应用型人才的实践进行分析,发现协同创新培养应用型人才的四个模式,即校地合作协同创新培养应用型人才、与企业合作协同创新培养应用型人才、与高水平大学及国外大学联合培养应用型人才、通过国际合作培养应用型人才。

Through the study on the culture for applying occupation technical personnel,this article focuses on the problems in education for occupation technical personnel. Taking Zhaoqing University for example,this article concludes four patterns of the collaborative innovation style for the education of occupation technical personnel： combining the university and local talents; cooperating with companies; cooperating with other high level universities;and international cooperation.
