雷击可造成35 kV系统事故。对上海市电力公司长兴供电公司所属35 kV红星变电站发生的一起中性点空气击穿事故进行了分析与计算,结果表明该变电站主变中性点接线桩头与A相接线排发生空气间隙击穿是由雷电波侵入主变,导致主变中性点电位升高所致。提出了加装中性点避雷器的防范措施,并对中性点避雷器的参数选择给出了建议。
Lightning can cause 35 kV power grid accident.The neutral point breakdown of air accident happened in Red Star substation belong to Shanghai Changxing Supply Company are analyzed and calculated.The study results show that air gap breakdown between transformer neutral point and A-phase terminal block is resulted from lightning wave invaded in transformer.The precaution of installed surge arrester at neutral point is proposed and the parameter of arrester is proposed.
