为了研究伊犁河卡普恰盖水库对伊犁河径流特征及下游生态径流量的影响,以卡普恰盖入库站卡普恰盖上站、出库站卡普恰盖下站1930—2000年的年径流量资料为基础,计算卡普恰盖水库建库前、后两站的极值径流量、平均径流量与径流离散系数;利用卡普恰盖下站1937—1987年的月径流量资料计算了径流年内分配的不均匀系数、集中度和集中期等指标;通过对生态径流量的计算,分析了生态径流量变化对下游生态的影响。研究表明:卡普恰盖水库建库后,卡普恰盖上站、卡普恰盖下站的径流量都有所减少,其中卡普恰盖下站因建水库导致的年径流减少量占总减少量的53.4%;径流年内分配严重均化,径流集中期不稳定;生态径流量减少,年内分配均化。
In order to investigate the influence of the Kapchagay Reservoir on the runoff characteristics and ecological runoff in the lower reaches of the Ili River, indices including the extreme runoff, mean annual runoff, and coefficient of variability before and after the construction of the Kapchagay Reservoir were calculated based on the annual runoff data of the upper and lower stations during the period from 1930 to 2000. The nonuniformity coefficient, concentration degree, and period of annual runoff distribution of the lower station were calculated based on the monthly runoff data during the period from 1937 to 1987. Through calculation of the ecological runoff, the ecological impact in the lower reaches was analyzed. The results show that after the construction of the Kapchagay Reservoir, the runoff of the upper and lower stations decreased, and the runoff reduction of the lower station caused by the reservoir accounted for 53.4% of the total reduction ; the intra-annual distribution of runoff was significantly uniform and the concentrated period was unstable; and the ecological runoff decreased and its intra-annual distribution was uniform.
