首先借助超越对数生产函数形式的随机前沿模型测度了2003—2010年中国31个省(市、区)规模以上工业企业技术效率和技术进步值,继而基于探索性空间数据分析方法(ESDA)研究了省际规模以上工业企业技术效率和技术进步空间扩散效应的时空演化特征。结果表明:2003—2010年,中国规模以上工业企业技术效率呈波动式上升趋势,而技术进步保持稳定增长态势。技术效率空间扩散效应强于技术进步空间扩散效应,且随着时间的推移,技术效率和技术进步空间扩散效应均呈现"钟型"结构,其中技术效率空间扩散效应峰值先于技术进步空间扩散效应峰值出现。规模以上工业企业技术效率和技术进步的空间扩散效应均存在渐进性距离衰减特征,但地理距离对技术效率空间扩散效应的制约更为明显。
Firstly measuring technological efficiency and progress of industrial enterprises above designated size of 31 provinces in China from 2003 to 2010 through the Stochastic Frontier Model based on Transcendental Logarithmic Production Function, and secondly making research on spatial- temporal evolution characteristics of industry technological efficiency and technological progress in China based on ESDA. The results show: from 2003 to 2010, the Chinese industrial technology efficiency keeps fluctuate rising, while technological progress keeps steady growth. Spatial diffusion effect of technological efficiency is greater than it of technological progress, and as time goes by, the spatial diffusion effect of technological efficiency and technological progress show the same "bell-shaped" structure, wherein the peak value of spatial diffusion effect of technological efficiency occurs earlier than technological progress. Technological efficiency and progress of industrial enterprises above designated size all present progressive distance attenuation characteristics, while geographic distance hinders the spatial diffusion effect of technology efficiency more obviously.
