目的探析神经性耳鸣患者的负性心理及相关影响因素。方法选取2015-09—2016-08间佛山市南海区经济开发区人民医院收治的103例神经性耳鸣患者为主要研究对象,采用抑郁-焦虑-压力量表（DASS-21）对所有患者的心理及情绪状态进行评价,对所有患者的评价结果进行回顾性分析。结果103例患者中出现负性心理患者共41例（39.81%）;41例伴有负性心理患者中,焦虑26例（63.41%）,压力10例（24.39%）,抑郁5例（12.20%）;伴有负性心理患者在性别、年龄、病情严重程度及发病情况上与未伴有负性心理相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论抑郁-焦虑-压力量表可对神经性耳鸣患者的负性心理和负面情绪进行准确反映和评价,为临床干预方案的制定提供科学依据。

英文摘要：

Objective To explore the negative psychology and related influencing factors in patients with nervous tinnitus.Methods 103 patients with neurogenic tinnitus were enrolled in the hospital from September,2015 to August,2016. The psychological and emotional state of all patients were evaluated by depression-anxiety-stress scale（ DASS-21）. The results of all patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were 41 cases（ 39. 81%） of the negative psychology,26 cases（ 63. 41%） of anxiety,10 cases（ 24. 39%） of pressure,and 5 cases（ 12. 20%） of depression. There was significant difference in sex,age,severity and incidence of negative psychological patients compared with negative ones（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The depression-anxiety-stress scale can accurately reflect and evaluate the negative psychological and negative emotions of patients with neurogenic tinnitus,and provide a scientific basis for clinical intervention.
