大量镁渣不合理的排放堆积对环境造成了严重污染。为了开发利用镁渣,对镁渣作为包膜材料制备包膜肥进行了研究,包括镁渣的冷却方式、粒径和包膜机转速等因素对制备包膜肥的影响,得到制备包膜肥的最佳条件。研究表明,风冷镁渣,过180目筛,60 r·min^-1条件下镁渣的包膜率最大,包膜肥的崩解率最低,且包膜后的肥料抗压强度比原始肥料显著提高。镁渣包膜肥24 h养分释放率为5.45%,14 d养分释放率为74.1%。因此,镁渣作为包膜材料,能够使肥料具有很好地缓释性能和防结块能力。
The abundantly dumped magnesium slag has caused serious environmental pollution. To explore the utilization of magnesium slag,we studied the production of fertilizer coated by magnesium slag. To obtain the best conditions for the production of said fertilizer,the factors influencing the preparation of coated fertilizer were studied,including the cooling pattern,particle size of magnesium slag,and rotating speed of coating machine.The study showed that when the particle size of air-cooled magnesium slag was 180 mesh and the rotating speed of the coating machine was 60 r · min^-1,the maximal coating percent and minimal disintegration rate were obtained; the compressive strength of the coated fertilizer was significantly greater than that of the original fertilizer.The release rate was 5. 45% and 74. 1% after 1 d and 14 d for the magnesium slag-coated fertilizer. Hence,magnesium slag could be used as a coating material to prepare coated fertilizers with good slow-release performance and anticaking ability.
