对福州大学城某高校景观水体的理化指标和生物指标进行时空对比探究及相关性分析,结果表明,2014年12月至2015年1月,水体的TN质量浓度变化范围为2.71-14.79 mg·L^-1,TP质量浓度为0.12-0.38 mg·L^-1,溶解氧含量为1.5-13.2 mg·L^-1,叶绿素a质量浓度为8.9-96.9μg·L^-1,浮游植物细胞丰度为4.08×10^6-3.10×10^7L^-1.根据《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838-2002),可判定该景观水体属于劣V类水.通过修正的卡尔森指数对水体的营养程度进行评价,判定水体处于富营养化状态.分析了该景观水体不同断面浮游植物细胞丰度与环境指标的相关性,结果表明,冬季该景观水体营养盐结构影响浮游植物生长量,而光照、流速等其他因素对水体浮游植物生长的影响有待进一步研究.
The physical, chemical and biological indexes of landscape water in campus of Fuzhou college town have been compared spatially and its relevant analysis have been done. The results showed that the mass concentration of TN in the water body differed from 2.71 mg·L^-1 to 14.79 mg ·L^-1 , the mass concentration of TP differed from 0. 12 mg·L^-1 to 0. 38 mg·L^-1 , the dissolved oxygen content differed from 1.5 mg ·L^-1 to 13.2 mg·L^-1 , the mass concentration of chlorophyll-a differed from 8.9 μg·L^-1 to 96. 9μg ·L^-1, the abundance of phytoplankton cells differed from 4.08 × 10^6 L^-1 to 3.10 × 10^7 L^-1 from Dec. 2014 to Jan. 2015. The quality of this landscape water could be determinded as inferior V class according to the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water (GB3838-2002). By the modified carlson index, the landscape water can be evaluated as eutrophication. The relevance between the abundance of phytoplankton cells and the environmental factors have been studied. The results showed that the nutrient composition could affect phytoplankton growth in this landscape water, however, the effects of other factors, including light and velocity of water, to phytoplankton growth need further research.
