管理研究者与实践者之间存在着沟通鸿沟,这一障碍的存在既不利于管理研究的发展,又不利于管理实践的改善。基于此,从意义构建角度,提出了消除这种鸿沟的方法,即通过"差异辨识-制定规则-选择问题-形成协作"4个阶段的合作,以及构建管理研究的评价体系,减少管理研究和管理实践间的不对称性,促进两者间的有效沟通,从而实现面向实践的管理研究的良性发展。
Method-orientation and ignoring realistic application reduces equivocality between management researcher and practitioner.This communication obstacle has great restriction to management research improvement and application.This article proposes four steps of equivocality-building frame which include discrepancy identifying,enactment,selection and retention from sensemaking perspective.We further develop a set of evaluation indicators for progressively reducing asymmetry and increasing equivocality between management study and application.
