目的探讨电针干预围绝经期综合征大鼠的合理时机。方法复制大鼠去卵巢模型,分为5个不同干预时期,观察不同时期电针对围绝经期综合征大鼠耐热能力、体力、睡眠功能的影响。结果电针能增强各时期围绝经期综合征大鼠的耐热能力、体力,缩短入睡时间,延长睡眠时间;在时期对比上,电针效果以造模前7d组、模后1d组和模后8d组为佳,而模后15d组和模后22d组次之。结论电针对围绝经期综合征大鼠的预防和前期干预效果为佳,随电针介入时间的推迟,疗效呈下降趋势,提示电针干预围绝经期综合征大鼠以预防和早期治疗较为重要。
Objective To explore a reasonable time for electroacupuncture intervention in rat perimenopausal syndrome. Methods A rat model of ovariectomy was made. Five different times for intervention were fixed. The effects of electroacupuncture at different times on heat tolerance, physical strength and sleep were investigated in the rat with perimenopausal syndrome. Results Electroacupuncture at different times improved heat tolerance, increased physical strength, shortened sleep latency and prolonged sleep time in the rat with perimenopausal syndrome. By comparison of different times, the effect of electroacupuncture was good in the group of 7 days before model making (group A), the group of 1 day after model making (group B) and the group of 8 days after model making (group C), and next in the group of 15 day after model making (group D) and the group of 22 days after model making (group E). Conclusion Prevention and early intervention by electroacupuncture produce a better effect on rat pedmenopausal syndrome. With delay in electroacupuncture intervention, the therapeutic effect tends to weaken, indicating that it is important for electroacupuncture to prevent and early Huatuo jiaji rat perimenopansal syndrome.
