以问卷和面谈相结合的方式,调查了重庆地区21家外贸企业对商务英语专业外贸人才从业能力的要求,并进行分析研究。结果表明：高校商务英语专业应该培养国际化应用型外贸人才;国际化应用型外贸人才应该具备英语语言应用能力、跨文化交际能力、国际贸易专业实践能力、批判性思维能力才能适应＂一带一路＂战略的需求,并为重庆高校国际化应用型外贸人才培养提出建议。

In order to analyze the foreign trade corporations＇ demands for the professional abilities of the foreign trade talents majored in business English, this paper investigates 21 foreign trade corporations in Chongqing based on questionnaires and interviews. The results show that business English in colleges and universities should cultivate international application-oriented foreign trade talents who must have the ability of applying English language, cross-cultural communication competence, practical ability of foreign trade and critical thinking ability, in order to meet the demands of ＂the Belt and Road Initiatives＂. Further more,the corresponding suggestions were proposed to cultivate international applied foreign trade talents
