文章尝试从心理契约的视角并基于心理契约研究构建馆员知识服务能力提升模式。界定分析了心理契约的概念、特征,馆员知识服务能力及形成环境,研究探讨了馆员知识服务能力提升模式构建,提出了馆员知识服务能力的提升策略并分别论述了能力提升的必备保障、心理契约的强化管理。该方向是理论界研究的薄弱环节,本研究目的是以此为理论研究的突破口,拓宽馆员知识服务能力提升理论研究的新思路。
This paper attempts to study the construction of promotion mode of librarian knowledge service capability from the perspective of psychological contract. The paper defines and analyzes the concept and characteristics of psychological contract, librarian knowledge service capability and it's forming environment. The paper discusses the construction of promotion mode of librarian knowledge service capability, proposes the improving strategy for librarian knowledge service capability, and discusses the essential guarantee of capability improvement and strengthening management of psychological contract respectively. This direction is the weak segment in theory research. The paper expects to make a breakthrough with this theoretical research and broaden new methods of theoretical research to improve the librarian knowledge service capability.
