文章利用耦合协调理论模型，借助三峡库区2005～2013年经济与环境指标，对三峡库区经济-环境耦合系统进行实证研究。结果表明，三峡库区经济-环境耦合系统的协调发展经历了极度失调-中度失调-濒临协调-初级协调四个阶段，目前，库区的经济-环境耦合系统处于初级协调发展阶段。提出通过加大工业污染防治；加快生活污水治理；加强次级流域和船舶污染整治；打破行政部门分割管理的格局；全面实施科学规划等措施促进三峡库区经济与环境协调发展。

In this paper a theoretical model using the coupled coordination, with the Three Gorges Reservoir 2005 - 2013 economic and environmental indicators, the Three Gorges Reservoir Area Economy - environment coupling system empirical study, results showed that the Three Gorges Reservoir Area Economy - coordination of environmental coupling system has experienced extreme imbalance - Moderate imbalance - on the verge of coordination - coordination four primary stage at present, the reservoir area of the economy - the coordinated development of the environment in the primary category.
