本文利用重庆市1990~2014年相关时间序列数据,构建VAR模型,运用平稳性检验、Johansen协整检验、格兰杰因果检验、脉冲响应函数与方差分解等计量方法,对重庆市的技术创新、政府投入与经济增长三者之间的动态关系进行了实证研究。结果表明,技术创新、政府投入与经济增长之间存在着长期动态均衡关系,然而三者之间却未呈现出良好的互动关系,技术创新与政府科技投入不是重庆市经济增长的格兰杰原因,技术创新与政府科技投入,尤其是技术创新对经济增长的贡献十分微弱。鉴于此,必须加大科技投入、培育引进高级人才、紧抓重点领域技术创新以及加强科技成果转化等,以提升重庆市的技术创新水平,保障重庆经济实现长期稳定增长。
Based on the relevant time series data during 1990 -2014 in Chongqing City,, this paper makes empirical re- search on the dynamic relationship between technological innovation, government input and economic growth of Chongqing City by building up VAR model, using stationarity test, Johansen cointegration test, Granger causality test, impulse response function and variance decomposition and other econometrical methods. The result shows that there exists a long-run dynamic equilibrium relationship between them. But their relationship is not interaetively well, both of the technological innovation and government in- put are not Granger cause of the economic growth of Chongqing City. Technological innovation and government input, especially the former, can only make a little contribution to the economic growth. Given this, this paper suggests the government and the enterprises should increase the financial technology input, cultivate and bring in more innovation-oriented talents, hang on the technological innovation of the key fields and speed up the transformation process of scientific and technological achievements into practical productivity in order to improve Chongqing's technological innovation level and grantee the Chongqing's economy can a- chieve long-term stable growth.
