文章运用主成分分析法将经济发展和环境质量拟合为综合指数，采用协调发展度模型，对长江上游地区的重庆、四川、云南、贵州四个区域自1997-2014年以来的经济与环境协调发展状况进行测度与分析。研究结果表明：长江上游地区经济与环境的协调发展度总体呈上升趋势，近几年发展成为良好协调发展类，但还未达到优质协调发展类。因此，要推动长江上游地区经济与环境的协调发展，需要在政策上建立经济环境协调发展综合决策机制，转变发展方式，走生态优先绿色发展道路，构建和完善区域联合协作机制。

英文摘要：

This article firstly using principal component analysis method of fitting of economic development and environmental quality comprehensive index. Then the coordinated development degree model and calculation method,in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River in Chongqing, Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou four regions since the 1997-2014 years of economic and environment coordinated development situation was measured and analysis. The results of the study show that: in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River economy,development of ecological environment of the coordination degree of the overall upward trend,development in recent years become good coordination development class,has not yet reached the high quality coordinated development.Therefore,in order to promote the coordinating development of economy and environment in the Upper Reaches of the Yangtze River, We need to establish the economic environment coordinated development comprehensive decision-making mechanism in the policy, the transformation development way and walks the ecological priority green development path, constructs and consummates the regional cooperation mechanism.
