校企协同育人面临校企合作不紧密、缺乏政策保障、师资队伍跟不上等问题，在实践中依靠协同创新机制、建设协同创新平台、通过试点推进协同创新能力培养、创建学徒制下“三元制”人才培养模式等。校企协同下学徒制人才培养模式，其关键是加强校企之间的无缝对接，搭建学徒制人才培养的育人平台。

The school-enterprise collaborated education is facing some issues to be addressed such as unclose collaboration between schools and enterprises, the lack of policy support and good teaching staff. In present study, a ternary talents training mode is formed based on collaborative innovation mechanism, building collaborative innovation platform and promoting cooperative innovation ability training. The school-enterprise collaboration talents training mode under the apprenticeship is discussed to enhance the overall talent training quality with the key on strengthening close cooperation between schools and enterprises, the implementation of each link of apprenticeship training and construction apprenticeship training platform.
