在对可用输电能力(ATC)问题研究现状分析的基础上,指出该问题研究不应只局限于刚性优化方面.还应进一步向柔性决策方向发展。在电力系统运行调度层面,从广义的角度探讨静态条件下ATC决策问题。从裕度与风险评估、调度方式与输电能力间关系以及ATC决策3方面分析了该问题研究现状,指出当前研究存在的问题、已有的解决方案及面临的挑战,并对该问题的研究前景进行了展望。
After summarizing available transfer capability ( ATC ) researches, it was pointed that the ATC research should tend towards flexible decision-making research on the basis of rigid optimality research. In the field of power system dispatching, the ATC decisionmaking problem under static constraints was discussed from more general view. The existing research work was evaluated from three aspects, which were margin and risk evaluation, relationship between dispatching modes and ATC, and ATC decision-making. The deficiency, existing solution scheme and challenging problems were presented, and the research field was prospected in the end.
