In this paper, we explore the inspection of science and technology innovation and market-oriented reform on economic growth. The effective input of science and technology resources can steadily promote the technology commercialization, the level of mar- ket-oriented reform does not directly affect the technology commercialization level, but can ensure the efficiency of science and technol- ogy resource input and support the realization of technology commercialization as a moderator. Technology commercialization can make scientific and technological resources into economic growth as a mediator, realizing a four linkage mechanism to promote each other of science and technology resources, market-oriented reform, technology commercialization and economic growth.
