根据大肠杆菌中λ噬菌体操纵基因与调控蛋白相互作用特点,提出操纵基因与调控蛋白相互作用模型。利用动力学方法,得到了两种调控蛋白浓度随时间变化的关系和在一定的时间范围内两种调控蛋白之间的关系,并且得到调控系统的稳态性质,进而分析调控系统溶原态/裂解态的转变特性。
According to the characteristics of the interaction of regulators with operators in phage λ-infected Escherichia coli, the kinetic model for interpreting the interaction between regulators and operators is proposed. The interrelation between the Cro protein and the CI protein within a certain range of time is given by kinetic equations. This theoretical model also describes and interprets the interrelation between two kind of regulator proteins and time as well as stability properties of the steady states of this regulated network. At the same time, the biologic characteristics of conversion of lysogenic state into lytic state are studied.
