本文以江苏省49个县作为研究单元，以人均GDP等作为衡量指标，运用标准差、标准差系数、基尼系数等分析方法，定量评价了2001-2010年间江苏省县域经济差异变化情况。结果表明：江苏省苏北县域经济发展水平远低于苏南县域；江苏省县域绝对差异、相对差异明显，其绝对差异呈现“上升-下降-上升”趋势；相对差异呈现“上升一下降”趋势。通过分析得知基础设施、区位条件、经济环境、政府政策等因素影响县域经济发展，提出加强基础设施建设，加强区域之间的合作与交流，加强港口的发展等几点缩小县域经济差异的建议。

英文摘要：

Taking 49 counties in Jiangsu Province as regional study unit, the paper analyzes the disparities of county econ- omy in Jiangsu Province based on GDP per capita etc using the analytical methods such as standard deviation, coefficient of variation, Gini coefficient etc. The results are as following： （ 1 ） The areas with higher developed economy are mainly focused on the south of Jiangsu Province and have obvious discrepancy. （2）Absolute differences of county economy in Jiangsu Province emerges ＂rise-fall-rise＂ trend while relative differences emerges ＂rise-fall＂ trend. The paper also analyses the factors of county economic divergence in Jiangsu province, the factors are foundation facilities, location, economic environment, government and policy and so on ward. Finally, several countermeasures to reduce the disparities of county economy in Jiangsu Province are put for-ward.
