以N,N-二羟乙基苯胺为原料,经3步反应制得中间体4-N,N-二乙巯基乙酸甲酯苯甲醛(4);4分别与对硝基苯乙氰和4-硝基苯甲基亚磷酸二乙酯经Wittig-Horner反应合成了两种新型羧酸酯衍生物(6和8),其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR,IR和MALDI-TOF-MS表征。运用UV-Vis和荧光光谱初步研究了6和8的光学性质。结果表明:6和8的最大吸收峰均位于440 nm和290 nm;6发生了明显淬灭,而8则显示了强烈的荧光。
A intermediate, dimethyl 2,2'-[ { [ (4-formylphenyl) azanediyl] bis(ethane-2,1-diyl) t bis (sulfanediyl) ] diaeetate(4), was prepared by a three-step reaction from 2,2-(phenylazanediyl) di- ethanol. Two novel carboxylie acid ester derivatives (6 and 8) were successfully synthesized by Wittig - Homer reaction of 4 with 2- (4-nitrophenyl) aeetonitrile or diethyl 4-nitrobenzylphosphonate, respee- tively. The structures were characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR and MALDI-TOF-MS. The opti- cal properties of 6 and 8 were investigated by UV-Vis and fluoreseenee spectra. The results showed that λmax of 6 and 8 were all 440 nm and 290 nm around. The fluorescence spectra displayed a obvious fluorescence quenching of 6, but a intense fluorescence emission of 8.
