E47是一个碱性螺旋环螺旋(BasicHelix-Loop-Helix,bHLH)蛋白,作为真核生物的一个重要转录因子,它参与了细胞周期调控,促进细胞衰老;调控胰岛素和胰高血糖素基因的转录;调节免疫细胞增生及免疫因子的合成;对骨骼肌和平滑肌的生成,以及神经系统的生成也有着重要的作用;还可诱导上皮细胞间质转型过程(EMT)致肿瘤性变化。本文就其主要功能做一综述。
E47, a member of the Helix-Loop- Helix transcription factor family, has been showed to be important in eukaryotes. It was in- volved in regulating cell cycle, promoting cell senescent. E47 could regulate Insulin and Gluca- gon gene transcription, immune cells prolifera- tion and the synthesis of immune factors. In ad- dition, it not only contributed to skeletal andsmooth myogenesis, neurogenesis, but also trig- gered epithelial mesenchymal transition ( EMT ) to tumorigenicity. The main functions of E47 were summarized in this article.
