目的:建立凝胶渗透色谱净化-气相色谱法测定果蔬中多种有机磷农药残留的方法。方法:采用乙腈高速匀浆提取,PSA和石墨化碳黑分散性固相萃取净化,结合GPC去除色素及在线浓缩的前处理技术,用气相色谱-脉冲火焰光度检测器(GC-PFPD)测定。结果:果蔬中36种有机磷农药取得较好分离效果,在10.0μg/L~500μg/L范围内质量浓度与峰面积有良好的线性关系,标准曲线的相关系数均大于0.993,平均加标回收率为70.2%~117.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.35%~12.4%,方法最低检测限为0.003 mg/kg~0.009 mg/kg。结论:该方法操作简便快捷、经济、灵敏度高,适用于一般实验室开展日常监测和检测。
Objective:To develop a method for the determination of 36 OPPs in fruits and vegetables by GC-PFPD with GPC.Methods: The samples were extracted by acetonitrile and purified with dispersive solid-phase extraction and GPC,then detected by GC-PFPD.Results:36 OPPs were separated well from each other,the correlation coefficients were all above 0.993,the values of recoveries and RSDs were found to be in the range of 70.2%~117.4% and 1.35%~12.4% respectively,the detection limits were between 0.003 mg/kg~0.009 mg/kg.Conclusion: The method is sensitive,low cost and simple and applicable to the lab for daily monitoring and inspection.
