本文采用案例研究的方法,选取国内一家商业地产公司作为研究对象,依据组织社会化理论,从主动社会化和被动社会化两个方面入手,对案例企业中管理培训生培养体系的现有问题进行分析和诊断,从而对现有的管理培训生项目进行优化,进而促进管理培训生在组织中的社会化进程、为企业培养输送更多的综合型管理人才,促进组织更好更快的发展。
With a single case study of a domestic commercial real estate company, this study investigated the current situation and the existing problems in the enterprise's training of management trainee. Furthermore, a series of methods were explored to optimize the training system of management trainee and to develop the organization socialization. In addition, the system of management trainee makes it possible for enterprises to cultivate more administrative talents. Based on the theory of organizational socialization, this study has specific theoretical and practical significance.
