新建本科院校转型发展背景下课程改革的探索

我国新建本科院校是向应用技术大学转型发展的主体,应用型人才培养目标和规格的转型主要涉及到课程体系和课程教学内容的改革,欧洲应用科学大学的课程特点对于新建本科院校课程改革具有重要的借鉴意义。当前,我国新建本科院校课程设置存在课程设置与培养目标相矛盾、课程目标与社会需求脱节、课程内容与行业企业契合度不够等问题,基于常熟理工学院的探索,提出新建本科院校课程改革需要以应用为主旨构建符合学校定位的课程体系、以能力为本位进行课程模块化设置、以素质为导向实施通识教育课程改革、以合作为路径重视校企课程和校本课程开发。

英文摘要:

Our newly - built graduate colleges are the major subjects which change into the application - oriented technology ones. The training aim and specification of the application - oriented talents mainly concern the reform of curriculum system and course teaching contents. The curriculum characteristics of the European application - oriented technology colleges are of reference significance to the course reform of the newly - built graduate colleges. At present,there are many problems in the curriculum setup of the newly - built graduate colleges such as the contradiction between the course setup and training aim,no relationship between the curriculum aim and the social needs,and insufficient conformation of the course contents with industry enterprises. Based on the exploration of Changshu College of Technology,this paper thinks that the course reform of the newly - built graduate colleges should establish the curriculum system conforming to the school positioning with application as the pursuing aim,modularize the competence - directed curriculum setup, reform the quality - centered common education curriculum and attach importance to the school - enterprise curriculum cooperation development and school curriculum development.
