目的:了解山东省乡村医生工作满意度现状,探讨其影响因素。方法:采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法抽取山东省6个地市18个县54个乡镇,随机抽取1035名乡村医生进行问卷调查,运用单因素分析和多元线性回归分析影响因素。结果:乡村医生工作满意度仅为37.1%,影响因素主要为薪酬待遇、学习培训、村卫生室工作环境、个人成就感、上级决策以及年龄构成等。结论:通过提高乡村医生收入水平,加强乡村医生业务培训,进一步加强标准化村卫生室建设,提升乡村医生社会地位与工作认同感,完善乡村医生准入机制,提高乡村医生的决策参与度等措施,提高乡村医生工作满意度。
Objective To study the working satisfaction of rural doctors in Shandong Province and identify the influencing fac- tors. Methods The method of multi stage stratified random sampling was used and 18 countries were picked from six cities and dis- tricts in the province for the study. 1035 rural doctors from 54 townships were randomly sampled for questionnaire survey and inter- view. Univariate analysis and multiple linear regression were used to identify the influencing factors. Results The rural doctors were found with low working satisfaction. Major influencing factors for their working satisfaction include remuneration, training, working environment, personal accomplishment, superior decision and age structure. Conclusion Such measures as to increase ru- ral doctors" income, strength training, better hardware facilities at the village clinic, promote social statues and work recognition, refine access mechanism and enhance decision -making participation can improve rural doctors" working satisfaction.
