目的:对乡村医生开展岗位分析研究,并评价其所感受的工作压力。方法:在山东省内多阶段分层随机选取5个地市18个县区134个村卫生室的621名乡村医生进行问卷调查,并对部分乡村医生进行结构式访谈。结果:根据现有资料形成乡村医生岗位分析报告;被调查乡村医生任职资格符合情况较为乐观,但面临严峻职业压力,其培训需求与现状之间存在差距。结论:岗位分析旨在为其人力资源管理的有效性诊断提供理论依据。
To study the rural doctors' job,and evaluate their job stress. Methods 621 cases of rural doctors were chosen from 134 village clinics of 18 counties in Shandong Province with multistage stratified random sampling, and surveyed with questionnaire and interview. Results A job analysis report was obtained based on available information, which showed that the qualification of rural doctors was quite well. But rural doctors underwent severe job stress and had strong desire of occupational training. Conclusion Job analysis can provide theoretical references for diagnosis of the effectiveness of human resource management.
