随着经济全球化的迅速发展,越来越多的国际创业团队进入世界的舞台,随着创业热潮的来临,也随即出现了越来越多的问题。在企业中,人力资源是企业的核心资源,也是企业的主要力量。对于创业团队而言,人力资源也是其主要的竞争力量。而要想实现创业的成功就必须使人力资源发挥出最佳水平,此时员工的培训就起了关键性的作用。论文着重对于国际新创企业员工培训问题进行研究,在前人的基础上找出最佳的解决方案。

With the rapid development of economic globalization, more and more international business teams enter the world stage. With the advent of entrepreneurial boom, it appears more and more problems. In business, human resources are the company＇s core resources, but also a major force in the enterprise. In terms of entrepreneurial team, human resources is its main competitive force. And in order to achieve business success we must make the best out of human resources, and at this time the training of staff even plays a key role. This article focuses on the issue of staff training for international entrepreneurship research to find the best solution on the basis of their predecessors.
