本文运用实验经济学的方法,考察影响信息传递者(农户或企业)传递可追溯信息的因素。分析结果表明:由于人类具有社会偏好,信息传递者在无监管环境下仍会传递一定量的可追溯信息;专业机构对信息传递者进行监管,可以约束信息传递者的道德风险行为,提高其传递可追溯信息的积极性,且监管力度越大,信息传递者传递可追溯信息的数量越多;对食品安全追溯体系的认知程度显著影响信息传递者的可追溯信息传递行为;可追溯信息从长远来看具有公共物品属性。
This paper examines influence factors of transfer of traceability information by information delivery person ( household or enterprise) using the methods of experimental economics. Experimental results show that information de- livery person would transfer a certain amount of traceability information under the environment which is lack of supervi- sion because of people's social preferences; professional institute's supervision can restrain information delivery person's moral hazard behavior, and improve person's enthusiasm of transfer of traceability information. The better professional in- stitute's supervision is, the more traceability information that information delivery person transfers. The awareness level of food safety traceability system significantly affects information delivery person's traceability information transfer behav- ior. The traceability information has public goods attribute in the long run.
