In this paper,the authors prove that the hypersingular integral operator Dα is bounded from Sobolev space B^s（R^n）to B^（s-α）（R^n）and also get the result that Dα is bounded from Lipβ（R^n）to C＊^（β-α,p）（R^n）,where C＊^（β-α,p）（R^n）space is a subspace of Lipschitz space Lip（β-α）（R^n）.
