目的:从临床医生的视角,探讨数字舌图的舌色数据的采集方法。方法:(1)对142幅淡红舌不同部位的舌色数据进行比较;(2)由临床医师进行舌色样本的数据采集,获得706幅不同舌色的Lab色度值。结果:(1)舌侧部位与舌尖、薄白苔、厚白苔、反光和阴影部位的舌色数据之间有统计学差异;(2)临床医生诊断的不同舌色,经色度值的比较具有统计学差异,在三维色彩空间中亦具有各自的分布范围。结论:由医生对数字舌图进行舌色样本的数据采集是准确分析舌色的重要保证。
This study investigates the methods of collecting color tongue data for digital tongue picture, especially from the process of clinical tongue diagnosis. In the study, an array of methods have been used, including ( 1 ) comparing the color of different parts of the tongues in 142 selected digital pictures of light red tongues; (2) sampling different color data in 706 tongue pictures by clinicians. Authors found that ( 1 ) the lateral part, the tip, thin white coating, thick white coating, the glistening part, and the shadowy part of the tongue are statistically different; (2) colorimetrical data of different tongue colors sampled by clinicians also show statistical differences, with their own independent space in the 3 -D color pictures. It is concluded that the methods for collecting color tongue data makes an important guarantee for the subsequent accurate analysis.
