碳纳米管(CNTs)具有独特的纳米管状结构和优异的力学、电学以及化学性能,是制备金属基复合材料(MMCs)的理想增强体.本文综述了近几年国内外关于碳纳米管增强金属基复合材料(CNTs/MMCs)研究进展,介绍了CNTs预处理和CNTs/MMCs主要制备工艺.阐述了制备CNTs/MMCs所面临的主要问题:如何使CNTs在基体中分散均匀并保持结构完整性;如何提高CNTs与基体金属之间的界面结合强度,最后对CNTs/MMCs未来发展前景进行了展望.
Carbon nanotubes(CNTs),due to their unique nanotube structure as well as their excellent mechanical,electrical and chemical properties,are ideal reinforced materials for composites.The research progress of CNTs reinforced metal matrix composites at home and abroad is reviewed,and the pretreatment of CNTs and preparation process of CNTs/MMCs are also introduced.The main problems existing in the preparation process of CNTs/MMCs,i.e.,how to make the CNTs disperse in the matrix uniformly while maintaining structural integrity and how to improve the interfacial bonding strength between CNTs and matrix metals are discussed.Finally,the future development prospect of CNTs/MMCs is proposed.
