为更好地掌握江苏跨境电商人才情况，以江苏省高职院校师生、中小型外贸企业为调查对象，分析其对跨境电商业态和人才所需核心技能的认识等八个方面数据。结果表明，跨境电商企业急需复合型的跨境电商人才，最急需的岗位是电商操作人员、网站运营与维护人员，且对人才外语能力要求较高。针对分析结果，提出在外贸增速放缓的新常态下，政府、行业、企业、学校如何适应跨境电子商务业态需求，弥合人才供需矛盾的建议，为实现“供需匹配”提供依据。

To better master the talents＇ situation of cross-border e-commerce ha Jiangsu, through a survey on teachers and students ha higher vocational college ha Jiangsu, small and medium enterprises, this paper analyzes data from eight aspects, includhag the awareness of the field ha cross-border e-commerce and the core skills of cross-border e-commerce talents. Results show that crossborder e-commerce companies need versataqe cross-border e-commerce personnel, especially ha posts of business operators, web site operators and maintenance personnel, and higher foreign language proficiency is urgently required. According to analytical results, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to adapt the demand for cross-border e-commerce bushaess, bridge the contradiction between supply and demand of talents from aspects of government, industry, businesses and schools.
