本文利用中国工业企业微观数据，以新产品销售收入占销售总收入的比值来衡量创新效率，基于“拟自然实验”理论框架，并采用倾向得分匹配法（PSM），研究国有企业混合所有制改革对企业创新效率的影响。研究结果显示：混合所有制改革能显著提升企业的创新效率。此外，与其他所有制企业相比较而言，国有企业混合所有制改革后的创新效率要高于外资企业、民营企业和港澳台企业。本文为评价国有企业混合所有制改革的创新绩效提供了微观层面的有力证据，也为推动国有企业混合所有制改革提供了一定的政策含义。
英文摘要：
This paper uses the micro data of Chinese industrial enterprises and new product sales revenue accounted for total sales revenue ratio to measure the efficiency of innovation, based on quasi natural experiments of the theoretical framework and the propensity score matching （PSM）method to study the impact of the mixed ownership reform carried out by state-owned enterprises on enterprise innovation efficiency. The results show that： mixed ownership reform can significantly improve the innovation efficiency of enterprises. In addition, compared with other enterprises, the innovation efficiency of state-owned enterprises is higher than that of foreign enterprises, private enterprises and enterprises of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. This paper also provides powerful micro-level evidence for the evaluation of the innovation performance of the mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises, as well as favorable policy implications for state-owned enterprises to carry out mixed ownership reform.
