基因表达调控是后基因时代研究的一个重点。作为基因转录调控信息的载体,转录因子在基因转录过程中起着重要的作用。对37条白血病基因和50条随机基因的调控区序列进行转录因子结合位点分析,获取白血病基因不同于随机基因的显著转录因子和调控模式。结果显示共有11种转录因子在两组数据中具有显著性差异,其中p300/CBP,E47,MZF-1在白血病基因的调控区中出现的概率明显要大于随机基因。
Study on gene regulation network has being a research hotspot in the post-genome era. DNA-binding transcription factors play an important role in gene regulation network. To obtain the significant transcription factors and regulation mode of leukemia genes, all the transcription factor binding sites on both 37 leukemia genes and 50 random genes of human are analyzed. The result shows that there are 11 transcription factors having distinct difference in the two groups. Among of them, p300/CBP,E47,MZF-1 may enhance the expression of leukemia genes.
