为了研究氮N、磷P、钾K对杜仲雄花主要活性成分含量的影响,采用正交旋转设计进行不同配方施肥试验。结果表明:N、P、K肥对杜仲雄花中京尼平苷酸(GPA)、绿原酸(CA)、桃叶珊瑚甙(AU)三种主要活性成分含量的影响为N〉K〉P;通过比较、寻优、筛选,京尼平苷酸(GPA)、绿原酸(CA)、桃叶珊瑚甙(AU)的总量≥1.76%,京尼平苷酸(GPA)含量≥0.55%,绿原酸(CA)含量≥0.47%,桃叶珊瑚甙(AU)含量≥0.76%的优化施肥方案为:氮肥0.917~0.952 kg/株,磷肥1.470~1.634 kg/株,钾肥1.290~1.389 kg/株,N、P、K的用量比例为N∶P∶K=1∶1.66∶1.43。
In order to study the effects of N,P,K on contents of main active components in Eucommia ulmoides male flower,the formula fertilization experiment has been conducted by using orthogonal rotation design.After formula fertilization,the effects magnitude of N,P,K on the three main active components(geniposidic acid,chlorogenic acid,aucubin) contents in male flower was in range NKP.The optimal fertilizer formula was determined by means of compared optimization.The formula was to apply 0.917~0.952 kg of N,1.470~1.634 4 kg of P and 1.290~1.389 kg of K for each Eucommia ulmoides tree in a ratio of N∶P∶K=1∶1.66∶1.43.Under such treatment,the total content of geniposidic acid,chlorogenic acid,aucubin was more than 1.76 %,among which geniposidic acid content was more than 0.55%,chlorogenic acid content was more than 0.47 % and aucubin content was more than 0.76 %.
