为了提高磁浮列车悬浮系统的可靠性,针对磁浮列车单点悬浮系统模型,设计了一种基于切换策略的主动容错控制器,在传感器故障发生后,通过辨别故障后系统所处的模态,快速将控制器切换到针对当前故障离线设计的控制律,使得故障系统基本维持正常系统的静态和动态性能,最后对设计的容错控制器进行了仿真分析和实验对比验证。
For improving the reliabilities of suspension system of Maglev train, an active fault-tolerant controller adopting switch strategy was designed for single-electromagnet suspension system. When a failure of the sensors occurred, the controller switched to the control law designed for the fault of sensors by distinguishing the model to which the fault system belonged to maintain the basic static and dynamic performance of normal system. Finally simulation analysis and experiments were carried out with the designed fault tolerant controller.
