目的对正常成人脑组织进行扩散峰度成像(DKI)研究,探讨扩散峰度成像在正常成人脑组织中的应用价值。方法随机选择76例正常志愿者按照年龄分为3组:20—39岁为青年组(n=25),40—59岁为中年组(n=24),60岁及以上为老年组(n=27),进行DKI扫描,测定脑实质不同区域平均峰度(MK)和各向异性分数(FA),并进行统计学分析。结果半卵圆中心、内囊后肢,胼胝体膝部、胼胝体压部、额叶、顶叶、颞叶、尾状核头的MK值及半卵圆中心、胼胝体膝部、内囊后肢、顶叶的FA值在三组间差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。青年组与中年组的胼胝体压部、颞叶、尾状核头及中年组与老年组的额叶、内囊前肢的MK值组间差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05),而FA值组间差异无统计学意义。结论DKI能够更加敏感地反映脑组织微观结构变化。
Objective To explore the application value of diffusion kurtosis imaging in normal adult brain tissue. Methods DKI was used to measure the mean kurtosis (MK) and fractional anisotropy (FA) in different regions of brain in 76 cases of normal subjects ( including 25 young subjects ,24 middle age subjects and 27 aged subjects) ,and ANOVA statistical analysis was used. Results MK values were statistically different in semi-oval center, posterior limb of the internal capsule, Genu and splenium of corpus callosum, fron- tal lobe, parietal lobe, temporal lobe,head of the caudate nucleus among three groups( P 〈 O. 05 ). FA values were statistically different in semi-oval center,Genu of the corpus callosum,posterior limb of the internal capsule,parietal lobe among three groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ). MK values were statistically different( P 〈 0.05 ) , while FA values was not statistically significant in splenium of corpus callosum, tem- poral lobe and head of the caudate nucleus between youth group and middle-age group, frontal lobe and anterior limb of the internal cap- sule between middle age group and aged group. Conclusion DKI can be more sensitive to reflect changes of the microstructure of the brain tissne.
